Deer Processing:
Whole Deer (Skinning, Boneless Cuts, Packaging, Burger in 1lb Tubes, 10lbs Summer Sausage: $200
Horns Cut Off: Add $5
Head Cut Off: Add $10
Cape/Headless Deer: Add $35

Credit for “All Sausage Deer”: $25 (whole deer only)

Deer Quarters: $35/quarter (includes boneless cuts and packing)

Burger in 1lb Tubes: $2/lb
Pork or Beef Added: Additional $2.50/lb
All Deer must be picked up 7 days upon completion, otherwise a $20/week storage fee will be applied. After 30 days, deer will be disposed of.
Pink Slip is Required for Pick-Up.
